I'm Linda, of L S Sewing Services. I am a seamstress with over 40 years of experience making and altering clothes, curtains and other soft furnishings. I started making clothes as a teenager, sew my own curtains in my first home, and even made every dress for my daughter when she was small; now my hobby has grown into a small business. In doing so, I have taken pride in honing my skills, learning the best techniques for every purpose, and producing high-quality finishes for customers.

Having significant experience, I am able to work with you on all sorts of clothes and soft furnishings. I have a particular passion for altering wedding, bridesmaid, and prom dresses and my expertise has led to contracts with wedding dress shops for bridal alterations. I tailor women's and children's clothing to fit, with discussion and advice to suit your needs, and can often work with quick turnaround times.
